New Jemjammer Cover Art!
Hey folks! We are so absolutely thrilled to debut our new cover art for Jemjammer! We went back to our original cover artist, CanaryWitch, and said “like before, but bigger, sparklier, and gayer,” and she delivered.
Canary is a complete pleasure to work with! You can find her on Twitter and on Instagram.
JEMJAMMER Q&A
Hey Internet! We decided it was about time to do another Jemjammer Q&A with everybody’s favorite/only DM, Kit! We’ll be taking questions on twitter (please @CRCpodcasts and use the hashtag #jemjammerQA), on Patreon (send us a direct message), or as a comment on this post here on the dot horse (also now the dot gay). You can also ask us in the Jemjammer chat on our Discord.
Kit will be taking questions on a variety of topics, such as anything related to the Jemjammer campaign, behind-the-scenes stuff (within reason-- no spoilers!), things that might have happened had the players made different choices, character trivia, general DMing advice, etc.
Please keep in mind that Kit won’t be able to help with many specific questions about the Spooktacular Saga, as that was DMed by friend of the show Chris Sims, and beyond a few things Chris ran by them, Kit was a player in that adventure, and Mr. Hurst is not a particularly clever hippo man.
Once we’ve collected all the questions, Kit will be answering them in a special livestream on the evening of Wednesday 10/21. We’ll post links on our feeds when it’s available.
You have between now and Sunday 10/18 to send us questions! Patrons can check out the last Q&A we did over here.
Hugs and kisses,
-Annie, Kit, and Maq
Patreon Refresh
Hey there, Internet! We soft-launched it earlier this week, but we'd like to take a moment now to officially re-introduce you to our Patreon! It's been long overdue for a refresh, and we're very excited about our bold new shitpost of a direction.
Some of our big changes include:
Patron thank-yous! We’ll be adding those back to Date Me, Dammit! episodes in August, but in the meantime, we’ve added a new page to our site where we make sure to thank everyone on our Patreon.
We've reconfigured the $10 tier entirely. Content previously available at that tier, i.e. Annie's Jem comics and Kit's D&D homebrew posts, will now be available for everyone who pledges $5 or higher (except the Bragging Rights tier). This includes the complete archive of posts, as well.
Speaking of the $10 tier, cross stitches will no longer be available going forward. If you’re still owed one of these, and would like a cross stitch, please reach out to us. Thanks for understanding!
New rewards! Consider submitting some smut for us to discuss on-air for Jemjammer's Smutty Book Club, signing up to receive an index card drawing from Annie and Maq, or selecting a song for Maq to croon into a microphone.
We're currently working on a few other patreon-exclusive items, like early release episodes of Date Me, Dammit! or I Will Fight you, to our rewards. We'll let you know if and when those become available.
Please check out our updated Patreon and consider donating if you've got a couple bucks! All our revenue presently goes towards paying our editors on Jemjammer and I Will Fight you (Jake Mason and Lucas Brown, respectively), and we want to do our best to pay those boys what they're worth. If recurring payments aren't your thing, you can also tip us with Ko-Fi; anything we get from that goes into the same "pay our boys" pot. And as always, if your support can't come from dollars, then a review, subscription, retweet, or anything of that nature is always appreciated. Hell, just drop us a comment or an @ and tell us if you like our shows; that kind of positive energy sustains us for days.
In any event, dollars or not, we love you all the same. Thanks for listening!
Hugs and kisses,
Annie, Kit, and Maq
Jemjammer Cast Changes
Hi folks,
Due to some ongoing health concerns and scheduling issues, Vicki needs to step away from participating in Jemjammer. Don’t worry! It isn’t anything life-threatening, she sends everyone her love, and she’s with us in spir—wait no not that one
Ælfgifu’s story isn’t over, though. The character will continue to be part of the show, and we’ll have more news to share on that in the coming week.
xoxo,
Annie, Kit, and Maq
New Merch - Coffee and Spells
Kit is now being enabled by actual artists, including Christina Woods, who designed this latest merch item for us!
You can get our Coffee and Spells design printed on t-shirts, notebooks, pillows, and—most importantly—coffee mugs.
And if you like the slogan but want something that screams “facebook wine mom,” we have a design variant just for you!
These designs are 30% off for the next three days!
New Merch - Dumbledore Fucks
Signing Kit up for that Teepublic account was a miscalculation. Anyway, celebrate J.K. Rowling’s revelation that Dumbledore and Grindelwald had an “incredibly intense” sexual relationship with these new items!
You can get our Dumbledore Fucks design printed on t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, and an incredibly large flag to put in your window. We’ve made the executive decision not to provide it on any children’s clothing, for obvious reasons.
This design is 30% off for the next three days!
New Merch - Glam Rock Specter of Death
We haven’t figured out how to stop Kit from making these things.
You can get our Glam Rock Specter of Death design, based on stuff we yell during The Jem Jam, printed on t-shirts, phone cases, pillows, mugs, or a gigantic flag you can hang from your wall. You know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
This design is 30% off for the next three days!
New Merch - My Name is WWWWWWWWWW
One of our Twitter followers had an incredible suggestion and nobody managed to revoke Kit’s Photoshop subscription in time, so we have merch now.
You can get this nametag design, based on our playthrough of Seduce Me: The Otome, printed on a variety of items (such as shirts, hoodies, phone cases, mugs, and as an actual nametag).
This design is 30% off for the next two days, so get it while it’s hot!
Crooked Russian Cam is now on Ko-Fi!
Hey folks!
We’ve been on Patreon for a few years now, and while we like the service and intend to continue using it, we realize that a lot of our audience aren’t in a financial situation where they can commit to a monthly donation.
If that’s the case for you, and you’d still like to support us with dollars, we now have a Ko-Fi! Ko-Fi allows you to make a small, one-time donation to help keep the lights on around here.
As always, even if you can’t afford to donate, we’re so, so grateful to have you as a listener. We’ve got some really cool stuff coming up, so stay tuned!
xoxo,
Annie, Kit, and Maq
